payment options
DO NOT SEND PAYMENT...YET. Once we have confirmed that the Deary Market will take place for the 2018 season, we will send you an invoice for your booth space, including any extras you may have selected. If you have questions, please email the Market Manager.
on market day
- Please arrive early to set up your booth. Set up starts at 3:30 and runs until 4:15 PM. You must be set up and ready to receive customers by 4:30. If you need assistance setting up or need to set up earlier than 3:30 PM, please notify Market Manager.
- Bring a copy of your completed Idaho ST-124, signed Hold Harmless, and payment if you didn't provide them via email.
- Check in with the Market management to find your booth and pay your booth fee. If you are a Walk-On who didn't pay in advance, you'll need to check in with management again prior to taking down your booth.
- Have all of your required documentation at your booth at all times. Your booth is subject to inspection by authorized governing agents to confirm you are compliant.
booth priority
Seasonal Vendors will receive the premium booth locations in the park in order of reservation. Walk On vendors will fill remaining booths with preference given to the earliest reservation. Any Seasonal vendor who fails to arrive by 4:15 pm on Market day to fill their booth space, forfeits their premium location. Any forfeited Seasonal booths will be given to Walk On vendors with preference given to the earliest reservation. Any Seasonal vendor who arrives late will have access to an alternate booth if any are available.
additional equipment
Vendors are responsible for providing their own canopy, tables, chairs and displays. The canopies must be properly weighted down with a minimum of 15 pounds per leg. The City of Deary, the Deary Market, its sponsors and/or managers will not be held responsible for damages or injuries caused by unsecured or incorrectly secured canopies. The Vendor may be expected to replace property belonging to another Vendor if your negligence causes them to have to replace property. Stakes may not be used.
Electrical outlets are available for a limited number of booths. Electrical outlets must be reserved in advance. Only U/L approved extension cords with GFCI power strip may be used. Cords must be covered to prevent hazard to the public. Preference for electrical outlet use will be given to hot food vendors.
